D-Hole Gypsy Jazz Guitar

D-Hole Gypsy Jazz Guitar

The D-hole style of gypsy guitar typically has a 12 fret neck, but the customer for this one wanted 14 frets clear. The guitar has a solid Engelmann spruce soundboard and solid cocobolo back and sides. The 5 piece neck is made of curly maple and walnut and is reinforced with an adjustable truss rod. The binding and back wedge are curly maple.
